I needed a ac recharge after my system froze up. Griffin stopped over in the afternoon and after switching my system off to thaw out Jeff came back the next day and recharged the system. They were super easy to schedule with and were able to get the guys out fast. I definitely recommend hohler for any needs you might have come up.

Of course my A/C stops working on a Holiday weekend with a full house of out of town guests. Troy arrivedfixed the problem. However, house did not cool as I expected. Another callTroy responded and suggested a solution and told me it takes a while for the A/C to catch up with temp so high in the house. Troy was right. The house did coolTroy was helpful, professional, and checked back throughout the repair process. Thank you!!!

I could not have had a better experience working with Hohler. First, A friend of mine recently started working for this company. When I asked him how the new job was treating him, he spoke very highly of the way that the Hohler family treats their employees. I also loved that he mentioned that the owners work hard and are willing to do every job that they ask their employees to do. All of this was said to me in honesty, as my AC unit was healthy and fine.A few weeks later, this dang summer heat got the best of my AC unit! When I called the Hohler shop, I got one of the owners on the phone right away. It was clear from the beginning that Richard (I believe he was the son of the owner) truly was trying to help me with my best interests in mind instead of his. I was properly educated on the issues likely going on with my AC unit, as well as given reasonably affordable options on how I could proceed.The tech that came to my home was polite, quick, and very good at helping me further understand what was going on.Now, I have my brand new unit and it is pumping cold!! If you are ever in need of a trustworthy, affordable, quality option for an AC or heating unit, Hohler is the right choice.

New installation that was completed in one day by the very professional and efficient install team of Dave, Tyler, and Bowen. Additional work was done to integrate existing baseboard heating with the new heat pump. Rich and Rick Hohler were both on site when needed and took care of everything to our satisfaction. Cannot say enough about the quality of their work. Would recommend Hohler to anyone!

Hohler Sheetmetal installed our original furnace/a/c 27 years ago, in Wellington. When it came time to replace it they were the first place we contacted. Within a week, Rich had met with us, went over upgrade options, confirmed pricing, identified all applicable rebates, ordered the equipment, set the installation schedule and installed a new hvac system. Rich and his team are outstanding and a true professionals. His team (led by Dave) had the old system removed and cooling operational before they left the first day and completed the work the 2nd day. Workmanship, attention to detail, is excellent. When they left the worksite was clean, and system operation was explained in detail. I highly recommend Rich and the staff of Hohler sheetmetal to anyone with a hvac issue. They have a complete line of equipment to meet any needs and do not try to oversell. I believe the key to a good contractor and customer satisfaction is being reputable, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable and skilled at what they do...all of which Hohler (led by Rich) meets and exceeds. Couldn't have been a better experience.

My furnace quit working today and I had heat again within hours of calling for service. Brandon was the technician that was sent to my home. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. I let the office staff know the code number I was getting on my furnace and Brandon brought the inductor motor I needed replaced with him on his truck. I was so impressed with the service I received that I signed up for an extended service plan. I highly recommend this company and couldn't be more pleased.

I posted a review for Hohler on their Facebook page ; nevertheless, I feel compelled to write on their site. I received a notification from Bryant today that their was an error with my furnace. The customer service person greeted me warmly and asked if they could come this afternoon to have the technician do an assessment. I was pleasantly shocked that I could get an appointment so quickly. My technician, Jeff, was professional,affable, and followed all the Covid guidelines. Why do I feel compelled to write this; I am doing a favor to all that are contemplating using Hohler to do themselves a favor. My neighbor on Catawba had a local firm install a new system and my wife and I are entertained with the number of times their truck is back again to try and right things. Thank you Hohler.

I live in Avon Lake but went with Hohler who had no problem servicing us 40 miles away. They called me back 2 times to schedule me and then had someone out within 2 days. Service Tech was very prompt, very nice to deal with, helpful of course, and the price was very reasonable. These are good people who treat their customers well.....I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call and get on a Spring/Fall program if you are anywhere on the West side of Cleveland!

When our A/C stopped cooling after normal business hours, we spoke to a technician that talked us through some trouble shooting tasks to see if we could solve the problem independently. When it was discovered that there were frozen lines, he noted that even if he came out, we would still need to wait for the unit to defrost before being able to do any maintenance on our unit. We were called the next morning, an appointment was made, and Todd was able to repair our air conditioning. Of the many companies that we spoke to, Hohler was the only company that asked questions before they would come out after hours and charge us the after hour fees. It was a pleasure working with your company. Thank you.

Have used them twice now, once to replace a furnace fan, then to replace the entire furnace. They were very fast to come over both times. When we finally decided to replace the furnace, the owner and his son both came out to provide options. Pricing was very fair and we had a new unit installed within a couple days. Kevin did the install and was very professional. Rich the owner then came back out the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly, he even personally hand wrote a thank you card which we received a couple days later. Will highly recommend them to anyone.

People are very friendly. I had my geo thermal go out this winter while I was in Florida. House got to 37 inside. They were out to fix it within a few hours. They call you and come out a few times a year and check on everything to make sure it is running right when you have a service contract. I think they are a must to have if you travel out of Ohio during the winter.

Our installation required moving an air handler up through a very small trap door opening in a closet ceiling and into a hot attic. A few months ago the guys at Hohler installed a new Bryant Evolution Furnace and A/C. The entire process was great. Rich Hohler came out to my house to discuss my options. The installers were professional and I didn't have to watch them or worry about them. The Evolution system has provided a cool and comfort that I have not been accustomed to with my old A/C unit. I have noticed a decrease in electric bills but am really looking forward to seeing the savings in natural gas costs going from an 80% efficient unit to 96%. The thermostat has all the bells and whistles and I can even change or check the the status from my smartphone. Been nothing but happy with Hohler's service and products.
