Regular check-ups will help to maximize the life expectancy of your system; unfortunately, even the best maintenance won't prevent normal wear and tear.
Heating 12-Point Precision Tune-Up

Having your system checked regularly enables us to keep your unit running as efficiently as possible, which saves you money on your utility bill month after month. These regular check-ups also enables us to catch problems such as loose or burnt wires, and freon leaks, before they lead to a larger problem such as motor failure.

When you have an emergency, you can rest assured Hohler Furnace & Sheet Metal...WILL BE THERE! Our commitment to program customers means we will have a technician to your door within 24 hours of calling our office.
Labor Warranty

Dirty coils reduce efficiency and cause your unit to work harder, parts to wear out faster, and shorten the life expectancy of your unit. Test performed by the EPA explain that as little as 1/10th of a centimeter of dirt or dust on a coil could reduce efficiency by 21%. Terms and Conditions
- Hohler Furnace and Sheet Metal will endeavor to render prompt service hereunder but will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly as the result of unavoidable delay in the rendering of such service.
- Owner agrees to operate equipment per our instructions a n d permit only our personnel to work on subject equipment.
- Agreement shall stay in effect from year to year or until canceled by either party on 30 day written notice.
- Owner agrees to provide unobstructed access to equipment.
- No service will be rendered under this agreement if customer has a past d u e account.
- This plan does not cover repairs caused by fire, floods, acts of God or the improper use of equipment.
- It is mutually agreed that this agreement does not cover ductwork, balancing of ductwork, venting, gas piping, refrigerant system including components and leaks, water lines, shortage of electrical or gas supply, heat exchanger replacement, geothermal loops, and Wi-Fi Thermostat Internet Connectivity.
- Routine HVAC Maintenance Tune Ups and Service Calls on Humidifiers or Air Cleaners will be completed during normal business hours only.
- Ductless Unit Inspections are completed one time in cooling season.
